Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Final sale items, accessories, and intimates are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate an Exchange or Return
- Email us at hello@forgemizu.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable courier. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
